We are in a tech-driven world where apps have freed us from performing mundane tasks such as grocery shopping, and today robots are joining the scene. In 2019, a robot can serve you drinks in the comfort of your own home, and cats have more advanced toilets than their owners.
They represent a convincing way of the future that has already started.
However, as we propel forward to a digital age of self-driving automobiles and unmanned flying objects, these sorts of characters are no more the product of someone’s wild vision. There was a terminally injured officer who returns to the force in the 1987 movie RoboCop, Rosie, the sassy maid in the Jetsons, and needless to say, the chain-smoking, binge-drinking Bender - one of the principal characters in Futurama. A few years ago, Robotic were a thing of fantasy.
